Error Tracking Software for Mac OS X

I am looking for error tracking software that runs locally on mac os x. Ideally, it will have a convenient user interface. Any ideas ???

Additional Information: I am looking for installation tools. (that is, something that does not work on the web server.) I just want to use it to track errors and possibly feature requests in my iPhone app.

For what purpose do you plan to use this error tracker? This is a personal error tracker or it will be used by other users. In the latter case, you can install tools such as Mantis, BugZilla, Jira (highly recommended), Trac, etc. on the web server.

If it's just to manage your personal mistakes / tasks, you can give Mylyn a try (or his sales brother TaskTop). It is integrated into Eclipse (a multilingual IDE) and allows you to manage your tasks by tracking time and information (files, windows, etc.) related to the task.

Although Jira runs on the application server, the installer will silently install and configure this for you. Think Tomcat from my head. They have been using Jira for a long time (both for personal projects and for collaboration) and I highly recommend it.
