What is good version control for the Mac environment?

I am a Windows developer who wants to make some kind of Cocoa dev on Mac. I am familiar with Subversion, TFS, SourceGear Vault, CVS and VSS on Windows. What version control should I use in my new, unfamiliar Mac environment?

I will do 95% of the development, and the remaining 5% - from one or two other people. However, it is probably safe to assume that I will be the only one committing.

Is there a good Subversion client for Mac? I have an already created repository that I could use, but I also would not mind using something else. What do you recommend?
