Enable auto-build when you press F5, and the source is out of date

Question

When I press F5 and the source has been changed, my Visual Studio does not restore the source code or run the existing (obsolete) executable. I need to press F7, then F5.

How can I tell msvc to automatically recover when I press F5?

This is MSVC 2005, C ++.

Tools / Options / Projects and solutions / Assembly and launch:

• Before creating: save all changes
• In Run, when projects are out of date: Always Build
