Do you think VB is a good language for AI? I originally used AI, using mostly Lisp and C / C ++ when performance was needed, but recently they have been running some VB programs.
VB has the following advantages: 1. A good debugger (important!) 2. A good inspector (observer) 3. Simple syntax (Intellisense is comparable to structure editors in late 80 Lisp environments). 4. Easy integration with third-party software. 5. Compilation for fast code (CLR performance is very good) 6. Fast development.
By the way, thanks for all the helpful answers. I supported everyone who contributed.

Anyone who tells you C ++ is the only way to go does not understand programming or is simply a fanatic who believes that C ++ is the only language in the world.
AI is usually defined by mathematical delegates, which are functional representations of an action; therefore, if your math is not good; your code will be bad.
Neural Networks do not care what platform they were written on when they were assembled; they are the Assembly.
