Iphone Binary presents a tutorial?

Ok, I completely completed my iphone application and took all the steps to send it, except for downloading the binary. Is there a walkthrough to get the binary ready to download because I'm completely lost. I just signed up for the developer program last night and am not sure if I need to download anything to publish my app or something like that.

• Product > Archive Xcode.

There is a specific solution for your specific problem: use the "Appplication Loader" to send the binary code when you have already done everything else in itunes connect. More here
