Problem with WCF service. The http protocol is not supported. How to allow?

After setting up the WCF service in my dev block, I get an error when accessing it. I installed the service in accordance with this guide . It is written in VS2008 / C # /. NET 3.5 , and my dev is Vista SP2 with IIS 7 . At the moment, the service is nothing more than the default structure, since I literally after testing the connection to it.

I checked what needs to be installed, and I’m sure that I have everything turned on, the screenshot below shows the current settings:
