MP3 audio editing libraries

Question

In one of my projects using ASP.NET + C #, I want to be able to dynamically create a 30 second clip of MP3 files and add in / out.

Which library would you recommend?

I have seen a lot, including:

There is a better option, it will be a BASS Library. http://un4seen.com/bass.html it has a dedicated forum and DSP, for example, fade / compressor / EQ, etc. In addition, you can read a bunch of different audio formats. It supports C # and vb.net.
