What is an example of the OOP "Message Transfer" concept in C # (calling methods / Parameter passing / Event posting / Event handling / ???) and why is this called message transfer?

Method call.

He called messaging to distinguish it from the imperative notion of “function call” and reinforce the idea that the receiving entity decides what to do. On the call site, you simply indicate the message to the recipient.
