Standalone SVN Client for Mac OS X

Tortoise SVN on Windows allows a single user without a network connection to create a repository on the user's computer to verify the code without the need for a separate installation or server configuration. This is very useful for single developers. Is there an SVN client for Mac OS X with this feature?

You can use Versions or Syncro (both are not free) .... or just the svn / svnadmin command line. You can also view distributed VCS Mercurial and clients such as Murky . They also work only locally - and it's easier to port DVCS to centralized use (i.e., if your team grows ...)
