.NET: recommended video tutorial for LINQ?

Can you recommend a single downloadable video (the one you really watched and which you think is of high quality), introducing LINQ (should not be confused with "LINQ to SQL") with some experienced VB.NET/C# developer?

This may be a screen display of real code.

“Downloadable” includes YouTube and ShowMeDo (Flash video) as there are ways to do this. Video streaming video is not acceptable.

I found the Tekpub Mastering Linq series pretty enjoyable. It costs a few dollars, but it is pretty detailed.
