Is there a Fiddler plugin for binary XML?

Question

Fiddler has many useful extensions . However, I cannot find one that understands WCF binary encoded SOAP envelopes. (Content-Type: application / soap + msbin1)

Suggestions for comparable (non-Fiddler) tools are also welcome.

After a lot of work on supporting material that does not really matter (for example, I decided to overturn my own XML parser with fast n-dirty recursive descents), I just made the first check, where the plug-in actually does its work in a convenient mode. It is still extremely rough around the edges, many functions are not implemented, but if you want to see the binary WCF in Fiddler, now is your chance!
