Cannot debug in VS2008 with Windows 7

Question

Since installing Windows 7, I can’t debug the website. I’m the administrator on the computer, but when I try to debug, he says: “Cannot start debugging on the web server. You do not have permissions to debug the web server process. You need to either work as the same user account as the web server , or have an administrator.I have IIS installed on my machine and I use this as a custom server on port 81 ...

So, I thought that user account management was more of a notification service in Windows 7 and left it. However, this is not so, and when I turned it off, my problem was resolved ...

Victor's solution would work, but since I published it on a mapped network drive, I did not like my credentials.

Try running Visual Studio as an administrator. Right-click the icon → "Run as administrator"
