Cannot debug in VS2008 with Windows 7

Since installing Windows 7, I can’t debug the website. I’m the administrator on the computer, but when I try to debug, he says: “Cannot start debugging on the web server. Victor's solution would work, but since I published it on a mapped network drive, I did not like my credentials.

Try running Visual Studio as an administrator. Right-click the icon → "Run as administrator"
