Visual Studio Performance and Add-ons

Do additional add-ons (Resharper, StyleCop, etc.) of Visual Studio accelerate the work? Or do tools need too many resources and you need to wait for each add-in to complete execution?

[Update]: By the way, some authority indicates whether the IDE + Resharper performance is better for solutions containing websites or web applications?

I use some add-ons if they do not affect Visual Studio performance. To this end, tools like StyleCop, MZ-Tools and Visual Studio are clear winners.

I have Resharper, Resharper Scout and Team Explorer + TFS Power tools. My Visual Studio definitely feels a bit sluggish compared to barebone, but if you want super speed in features, why not work in Notepad? For me, Resharper is definitely worth the viscosity.
