How to extract start and time / length metadata from a .mov file?

I have a C # .net client on windows and you need to extract the start and time / length metadata from the .mov file. Anyone who knows how to do this? I looked around the net but couldn’t find anything. Thanks in advance for your time.

I do not know any C # library that is able to parse .mov files. Can you invoke unmanaged code in your environment? (FullTrust permission required)
