Chinese Yuan (CNY Currency Symbol) in HTML?

What is html code / entities for RMB (CNY), is it like JPY, & yen ;? I did not find any solution, and I do not know Chinese. Can I also use RMB up to the amount?

People would understand the renminbi, Wikipedia says that you can use ¥ (the same as for the Japanese yen), but 元 seems more common than it is, at least, "offline" in real stores.

If you can use Unicode, just copy / paste the character somewhere (like here).
