Providing assistance in the form in MS Access

I am not a developer creating a simple Access 2003 database for NGOs that works in developing countries. I would like to provide help in the application (for example, some fields) in several forms and on the switch. I am not sure of the best way to do this - not only from a technical point of view, but also to improve usability. Usually users use MS Access for the very first time and have only basic knowledge in the field of computer use.

I don’t want to squeeze forms using text, so I’m thinking of adding small question mark buttons that expose a separate form using only help text. Is it wise?

I also noticed the property of the help context identifier, but it looks complicated (I'm looking for something as simple as possible so that the help text can be edited as easily as possible by others in the future), I think that I will start here if that were the case : http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=209843

Perhaps it needs to be translated, etc., so the simpler the better.

Thanks!
