How well does Xgrid work with Xcode for parallel compilation?

I was intrigued by the idea of using Xgrid to speed up my compilation of Xcode on multiple computers ... but it seems very difficult to find any information about people with it, any errors, etc. I do not have several Mac computers with which I can check this right now, so I am interested.

You tried? How well did it work for you? What accelerations have you seen?

I used it for a while, but generally did not get very good results for moderate-sized projects (things that take less than 5 minutes to rely on the 4-core Mac Pro). The most noteworthy is that when I installed the Bonjour discovery of available machines, the current computer (i.e. the one I'm starting to build from) did not turn on as one of the available build machines. Since I usually sit on a 4-core Mac Pro and tried to use smaller boxes (Macbook Pro, Mac Mini, something like this), this drastically slowed my build time because the largest box did not help. The solution was to manually add all the machines, but then I ran into some slowdowns if any of the machines was not on the network (which was common for me).
