Does LGPL ensure that programs that rely on my code recognize this? I read something about this on the Zed blog. ( Link , section "I do not want to be ignored again"). It's true?

The LGPL includes (in paragraphs 3 and 4) the requirements for:

Give a noticeable notice with each copy [[object code // Combined Work]] that it uses the Library and that the Library and its use are covered by this License.

Wrt. : LGPL 2.1 :

[...] provided that you appropriately publish on each copy the appropriate copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty; keep intact all notices that relate to this License and lack of warranty; and distribute a copy of this License along with the Library.

So, you need to specify a copy of the license. Since you also need to provide source code, you must also include copyright notices in this source code.
