Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

I get this error when I use the COM link in winform. I tried using Windows Media Player COM in winform and it works great. But I got this error when I tried to use it with another COM dll.

I tried "regsvr32" for this COM DLL, but it was successfully registered, but I still get this error when I run my winform that uses this COM object.

You may be missing Office 2003 web components.
