Is there a way to automate turning on or off a BizTalk receive location through code?

Is there a way to automate turning on or off the receive location in BizTalk? It seems that there should be some kind of API or some such for this kind of thing. I would rather work in C #, but WMI or some kind of script will work too.

In addition to ExplorerOM, as you found out, you can also enable / disable receiving locations (and managing sending ports) using WMI.

I have a sample PowerShell script that shows how to do this here if you're interested.
