How do you know who fixes the assembly?

We work in a CI environment, with Enterprise Cruise launching our builds. All CCTray developers are installed locally to notify us of build failures.

CCTray has a Volunteer menu option to fix the assembly, which you can use to let your team know that you are fixing the assembly. However, this does not work in our environment (reasons: fixed the assembly, which is currently not supported in projects controlled via HTTP).

So, the question is, does anyone have a technique that they use in their team that allows someone to indicate that they are fixing a broken assembly?

Shooting "I accept this guys" is my preference. (in addition to the romaintaz liability statement)

For me, continuous integration is not only tools, but also practice. One of them is responsibility . In other words, the one who breaks the assembly is also the one who fixes it!
