Problem with Div Z-Index with Flash Movie

I have two simple HTML divs, one of which contains a flash movie, and the other div contains plain text. My problem is that I have to put the text div in the flash movie div, what I do is set the position of both divs to Absolute in CSS and set the Z-Index for the flash movie div to 1 and the Z-Index of the text div to 2, but the text goes behind the film in each case, but I have to put the text in the film, please help me in this regard so that my text can appear in the flash movie. Thanks in advance.
