The most comprehensive source of international address formats?

Question

I am looking for a source that describes the standard address format for most countries in the world. I found sources for the more famous western and Asian countries, but these sources tend to disappear quickly when you move away from larger / more influential countries.

Ideally, I would like to see something similar to this book book, but more modern, and not in the form of a dead tree. Is there such a data source?
