Detect Windows Explorer Copy Operation

Is there a way to detect when a copy operation starts in Windows Explorer.

sort of like SuperCopier: SuperCopier website ?

and log files involved in the operation? and so?

I looked at the Supercopier code and I cannot find the part that deals with detecting the copy operation, since I am not fluid in Delphi.

PS: they seem to use a shell extension ... not sure though.
