Programming Resources for Non-English Speakers

I am teaching a basic web programming course at a state university. I often have students who work hard to choose English at the same time that they take their course. In many cases, I thought that I would like to have additional course materials in different languages so that some technical obstacles do not combine with linguistic ones.

Can anyone recommend "stackoverflow" whose main language base is Japanese, Chinese, Polish or Spanish? Or similarly, a website in any of these languages that is designed for web development?

Edit: I only ask that the recommendations be based on the use of the site and are so familiar with the language or a reasonable knowledge of the reputation of the sites.

As one of the respondents mentioned, students can solve any question that they have in their native language. Although this can be a great tactic, it does not always indicate quality information.

Thanks!

http://cnprog.com/ is a site you might want to check out. This is a Chinese clone of StackOverflow.

Edit: I found something else. http://www.askdev.ru/ and http://throwcatch.me/ are Russian versions of StackOverflow. http://codekicker.de/ is in German and http://www.salonit.pl/ is Polish.
