What is this menu style called?

I am trying to style a menu that has a static height and content is displayed between the headers. (Please see the image below .... the right side is the view after the user clicks on heading 2)

What is this menu style called? How can I do this using jQuery?

accordion menu

Edit: Thanks! I searched the accordion before asking, but I could not find a single example where the height of the menu remains the same regardless of the contents.
