How to mount an ISO file in Windows 7 to install software that restarts during installation?

I have Windows 7 .

I downloaded the Visual ISO file of Visual Studio Express 2010 .

In the installed Virtual Clone Drive and the ISO file mounted above as a disk.

I installed from this disk, but if necessary, rebooting, he could not find the disk, even after I installed it again and clicked Try Again, he still could not find the file and, therefore, had to cancel the installation .

Is there a way to mount the ISO file in Windows 7, perhaps initially so that it handles the reboot well during installation?

You can mount the .ISO file using MagicDisc, and if AutoMount is enabled, it will be saved through a reboot: http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-overview.htm
