ExtJS Panel Orientation - Right to Left

How can I flip the ExtJs panel horizontally for RTL, Arabic, Hebrew, etc.

TL DR : RTL is supported in Ext 4.2+ as of April 2013. See the latest update below for more details.

RTL support is not currently built into Ext, although many community members have come to this with great success. If your needs are limited (e.g. for panel content), it's probably best to just override the appropriate CSS yourself. If you need more comprehensive RTL support, you should probably follow them on Ext forums with other users dealing with the same issues.

There is an external external project for adding RTL support to Ext 3.x, although I do not know if it is active or what quality (the latest updates were several months ago). You can indicate that you are in the right direction.
