I would like to learn about game algorithms (strategies), especially how to make enemy algorithms work?

Is there a good place for beginners?

There are many aspects of AI in strategy games, but keep in mind that there is a big difference between realistic AI and AI, which makes the game interesting. A cheat where you can, without making it obvious to the player that the enemy is cheating.
