Community Software License Agreement (SaaS)?

I have a commercial SaaS application, an online collaboration tool / lean project mgmt. I want to offer Community Edition with specific restrictions on how the software can be used for free. for example

  • free for groups using it to manage open source projects.
  • free for K-12 teachers for classroom use
  • free of charge for authors collaborating with Lean / Kanban / AgileSoftwareDevelopment books and research papers.
  • free for community conference organizers, user group organizers, etc.

The license will provide the use of software with restrictions. The software itself can provide a limit on the number of users / projects. I am looking for a license agreement / EULA that I can use to indicate what the software can be used for (see above). This would limit users to using it in different ways, for example, for commercial use, consulting project management, customer support, etc.

I combed web pages for good examples of such conventions and still shine. Any ideas? To be clear, this would not be an open source license. It will cover the use of commercial software for specific “communities” as we define them.

If you start without a fully prepared license agreement, at least remember to indicate that the license can be changed at any time, and the user agrees to any future change or should immediately stop using the service.
