How to create thumbnails of web pages using the layout engine in Perl?

Are there bindings for linking mechanisms like Gecko or WebKit for Perl? I found Gtk2-Webkit in CPAN, but I would like to know if there are other options.

My idea is to use one of these engines to sketch web pages with a Perl script.

I have not tried this myself, but the documentation for WWW::Mechanize::FireFoxit looks pretty impressive.

Update:

Tried it now. These are rocks. You really can remotely control Firefox in whatever way you want, and easily take screenshots.
