Download files using mobile broadband using standard browsers (not from your phone)

My problem is uploading photos when using mobile broadband. (PHP)

Situation -

1) I use a laptop connected to the Internet using mobile broadband (t-mobile).

2) I know that my website works the way I used php script for more than a year without any problems

Other items that may help with the answer.

1) uploading photos to facebook will fail when using their java upload tool (it can work when using its simple downloader)

2) uploading files for attachment to my email (godaddy) will be 99% of the FAIL time, or just take forever if I do not use the mobile version, if it can work in 50% of cases.

3) uploading files to attach to my work blueyonder / virgin webmail works with fines. This is usually very fast. As a test (repeated this several times to check), I tried uploading files using both types of webmail, and blueyonder webmail can download a 5 MB file in a few minutes, until Godaddy webmail succeeds or takes 30 minutes - 1 hour. I did this one by one at the same time, using the same file, using different files. every time the same result.

4) it does not matter which browser I use - FF, IE, Chrome.

5) , t-mobile - , pixilated ( " Shift-r, " )

6), t-mobile, - - , !
