ClickOnce Deployment - Launch on Startup

Question

I successfully configured the deployed clickonce application to start at system startup by adding a registry key: SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run \.

However, when the system launches my application, before the network is available. Do I need to configure this so that my application expects network resources to become available? Or do I need to check the network at startup?
