Visual Studio 2008 Shortcut to display participants?

What is the best way to display members in the current file in VS2008?

SCENARIO : You open the file with Ctrl+ D, and then enter "> of" and "SomeFilename", then click Enterand you will be taken to the file that just opened. Now, if you do not remember the method name or the name of the participant, you can try to perform an incremental search ( Ctrl+ I) and / or various search parameters, but I want to know how I can see / open / scroll through the / etc field with the list of participants ( or similar alternative).

Any ideas?

EDIT . I know about the navigation bar (the default is “on” for C #), and this is exactly what I want to do, go there without using a mouse. Theres keyboard shortcuts: Window.MovetoNavigationBarwhich for now is the only option found by ive. But you need to click Tabto go from types to elements.

Andrew is right.

In addition, there is an Object Browser. Ctrl+ Alt+J

EDIT: shortcut Ctrl+ F2.
And you will have to hold it for a little more than a second to reach the drop-down list.

Alt + , .
"", Tab, "".

I think the only way to see is to map the Window.MovetoNavigationBar, you still need to click the tab to switch from types to elements, and the down arrow to view the list, there is no incremental search (only the first char). I was hoping there was a better way to do this.
