What flexible methods are suitable in a small team?

So, I have been in a small team of four for several weeks, including me. It has changed completely from my last job in a store with over 30 products, where I was part of adopting a flexible methodology.

I secretly introduced useful tools, such as a continuous integration server, and secretly begin test-based development.

What other flexible project management and development methods are suitable for a smaller store?

Well, for me your actual configuration is much more adapted for Agile than for a 300+ developer store (not quite sure how Agile was implemented there, I would like to hear more about it, because scaling to this size requires a very high level of maturity on Agile IMO).

So, my answer would actually be the following: starting with 4 people, all values and methods are appropriate and valuable. In fact, what Agile methodology did you adopt earlier? What practice have you implemented? What makes you think that they are not suitable?

I think you can flip the question; which flexible methods are not suitable because you are a small team. I am not an expert in agile practices, but I cannot think that this would be inappropriate due to the size of your team.
