System32 folder on a 64-bit system

Question

I have a cmd file that runs on a 32 bit Vista system.

I noticed that the code has links to the system32 driver folder.

I am wondering if the code can potentially run on a 64-bit Windows 7. Therefore, probably, my question is: does a 64-bit system contain the system32 folder?
