Work on the source code of "another language"

Question

If you are presented with a large n-level project (.NET) with 15,000 lines of code written in Spanish (variables, tables, class names, etc.) that require adding functions and fixing bugs, what will be your strategy work on it?

• Converting the entire project into English (Google Translation or other tools) is not a good option, as it will take a lot of time.
• Hire a developer who knows Spanish or a translator

I can get all methods, fields, annotations, etc. using reflection methods , etc. export excel or etc. Then I can send this Excel file to a Spanish translator. After the translation, I can convert all the project codes using the link that is transferred to the excel file using word processor applications (search / change, etc.).
