Windows V3 device emulator, Windows 7 + Network

Question

It’s good to debug the Windows CE application from the visual studio in the Windows device emulator, now I go to File → Configure → Network to configure the network, I turn on the network card and click OK, after which I get this message:

"The required network driver for the virtual machine could not be found. Make sure Virtual PC 2007 is installed. You can install Virtual PC 2007 from http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=46859 "

I run windows 7 and get the built-in virtual computer, and I would prefer not to have 2 installed at the same time, is there any way to get this network driver without installing the virtual PC 2007?

Just an addition to Petoj's answer: virtual PC drivers do not require Windows 7 - his answer also applies to Windows XP.
