Yes, all the services you mention, along with many other open source GIS mappings in the world, have the same standard "z / x / y.png tile standard". Tile numbering, zoom levels, scales, etc. The same for all of these suppliers.
The "Standard" is not official, but OCG formalizes the details under the abbreviation "TMS", unfortunately, in an incompatible way with that in practice (different origin for tile numbering. Gah!)
The OpenStreetMap wiki has a better description of the numbering scheme . You can display such fragments in OpenLayers using the XYZ or OSM levels . Note that the projection for all of these layers is the Spherical Mercator, as well as EPSG: 900913 or EPSG: 3857.
