Fpcmake and Makefile.fpc, where can I get some training?

I have never used any of them, but they are listed on the main Free Pascal website, and I would really like to get my hands on:

  • A beginner's guide to get me started.
  • An extended guide to help me grow.

All this in case it is still used / standard.

IMHO makefile.fpc is mainly an internal FPC. I would not use it for my own projects.
