Resize and customize format controls according to the form of resizing

I am developing a window sample application. In this application, I use WinForms with the value set to FormBorderStyle. Now, when I launch my application, it shows a launch form, which is significant. This form consists of various Windows controls. My problem is that when you resize the form, the controls on it do not get the size automatically. Does anyone know how to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

Set the Dock or Anchor properties of your controls accordingly.
