I need to create an IVR application (maybe 10 phone lines). I am completely new to this domain and am familiar with some concepts. Can someone please provide me some links / tips on how I can build an IVR system?
In addition, I need to know the exact process, what is connected if I need to remove telephone lines? etc. If I want to provide hosting to an IVR service for my clients, what I need.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
