Mac PackageMaker - Resolve Moving Issues

Question

I have two problems with Allow Relocation (Package: Xxx, Components):

• He continues to turn on, as if by magic. How can i avoid this? I need this (suboptimal, I know - see No. 2)

• If the Allow Moving option is enabled, the installer first places .app in / Applications, but then transfers it, copying it over my original .app in my development tree. How can I prevent this during development, with the exception of testing the installer on another machine?

          If specified, packagemaker will disable automatic relocation of
          package contents.
