Is there a good book that focuses on the programmatic aspect of OpenGL 3.0
I want something like OpenGL Super Bible, but focusing solely on the “new testament” part — a programmable rather than a fixed pipeline.

The Red Book was an openGl book when I studied it, but it was a long time ago, you will need to find out if they continue to update it to version v3.
