I need an open source gesture recognition library .NET Library / API (in C #). We have a webcam ... we move our hand, and this causes some events ...

So I need motion detection to navigate lib / api ...

OpenCV . C, #. (IMO).

emgucv might be another option, it's an open library wrapped in C #, even with the latest openCV2.2
