Is it possible to create a windows service in vb6? if so, how?
I have never tried, but Desaware offers a commercial package, NT Service Toolkit , which claims to be able to host the VB6 DLL inside a Windows service. Desaware was founded (and I think it still belongs) by VB6 guru Dan Appleman, which is a good recommendation.
Microsoft has created a control that allows you to create services in VB6.
