Can theorem numbers behave like subsection numbers in latex?

I would like to ask two questions about the numbering schemes in Latex, for which I cannot find the exact link. I will be very happy if someone can help me with this.

Question 1) Is it possible to consistently give theorems and subsections as follows:

2 Section Two

2.1 Subdivision

2.1.1 Support

Theorem 2.1.2. Note that the number of the theorem behaves like a subsection number.

2.1.3 Next subsection

Theorem 2.1.4. The following theorem.

2.2 Next subsection

So basically I want my theorem numbers to match the numbering of the subsection.

Question 2) Is it possible that all the numbers of sections and theorems correspond to the paragraph number, as shown below:

58 paragraph

Theorem 58.1. The theorem in paragraph 58.

59

59.1. .
