Continuous integration with .net and svn

Currently, we do not use automatic construction and continuous integration testing in our project. We did not bother, since we are working on these two developers, but even with a team of 2, I still think that it would be useful to use continuous integration and get confirmation that our assemblies will not break or the tests will start fail.

We use .Net with C # and WPF. We created Python scripts to build the application — using MSbuild — and to run all the tests. Our source is in SVN.

What would be the best approach to continuous integration with this installation? What tool should we get? It should be one that does not require many settings. Simple procedures to get started and a little maintenance are required.

Take a look at TeamCity JetBrains . Free for a small team like yours. Easy installation and minimal fuss. And it looks good. Much better than CruiseControl.NET.

CruiseControl.NET is good too, but it definitely needs more work to configure.
