This question can bring a lot of opinions to the table, but what I would like to get is a set of measures that will help me and my company determine the end of life of the product we sell.
We sell a CMS system, with this system we create several offal
- Sites
- Proposal creator
- Marketing campaign tracking
We are ready to begin our road planning (for 2010 and 2011), and we are trying to understand when our application deadline will end. Some of you might think that the application is very well archived (I don't think our application is well archived). you don’t need to end your life, but this application that we use dates back to less than 6-7 years and has virtually no documentation (real life). At the moment, only one person knows how to change the functionality of the kernel (scary).
Please advice
Geo
