IPhone Power Rotation

I read a ton of rotation, but could not find a solution for my request. Here:

I have a portrait app with a tab and a hidden navigation controller in my tab. At the point of application, the following view should be landscape.

The XIB layout is in landscape mode, so I want to output xib without any translation or pixel movement code. (without thinking that this is required) I tried to simply click on the view (remains in the portrait), moving the view using various methods (it does not seem that the line was correct).

Is there any way to tell that it has already been laid out for the landscape before its opening?

Thanks in advance!
